COUNSELING SERVICES
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Georgia and have been providing counseling services for nearly two decades.
My counseling approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also recognizing that every individual is unique. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor the counseling process to meet each client's specific needs, goals, and circumstances.

Counseling FAQs
• You must be physically located in the State of Georgia at the time of your session.
• All counseling sessions are conducted virtually.
• Most major insurance plans are accepted; however, we encourage you to verify your coverage directly with your insurance provider.
• Private-pay options are also available.

MARRIAGE COACHING
In addition to counseling services, I offer private marriage coaching for couples who are seeking support, clarity, communication tools, and practical strategies to strengthen their relationship.
Marriage coaching is distinct from counseling and is not considered a mental health service. Coaching is designed for couples who want focused support in addressing relationship dynamics, improving communication, navigating challenges, and building a healthier partnership.
Please note:
• Marriage coaching is available regardless of where you live.
• Marriage coaching is not covered by insurance.
• All coaching services are private pay.
• Fees and program details will be provided during the inquiry process.
